“First they forgot to engrave and then upon collecting 5 weeks later, the engraved text was smaller than the 925 stamp (0.5 mm) and only visible under a lense. Also the ring is hollow, scratched immediatly and a proud price for silver. No interest from the staff to solve the text size issue whatsoever.”
