“Avoid - sent wrong item twice - will not refund until I return item at my cost, which by law is illegal Have started a charge back to which, as advised, there is approx cost to seller of £15 admin fee. All emails sent to the bank to process Have reported to citizens advice who have now made a report to trading standards, using the emails as evidence Company admitted they use a stock image of another item and that the item sent twice is not that image Ill sit back now and let the CA, TS and my bank do the work Pathetic service for a refund of just £5.86!”

Customer received the correct item twice. The image on the listing is of a larger size, not a different item.
