“I ordered the wrong size of drill. UK Drills advised me that there was cheaper alternative so I returned the drill. They promptly refunded the cost of the drill less £2.60 postage. It cost me £13.60 to return it. Perhaps I could have found a much chealer carrier, but it does demonstrate how competitive and helpful UK Drills are.”
