There is no need for a primer when MSP is used as a wood/timber coating. Bedec Multi Surface Paint is ideal for use in the home or garden and can be used on a variety of substrates and furniture.</p> <p>Water based gloss paints do not offer the same high sheen level as oil based paints, so if you require a sheen finish, then we would suggest the Bedec Multi-Surface-Paint in satin alternatively MSP in available in matt or gloss finsh.</p> <h3>Best Uses</h3> <p>Bedec Multi Surface Paint is best used for the decoration and redecoration of old and new surfaces and is available in a choice of many colours. Bedec Multi Surface Paint is ideal for providing a surface with a choice of a Matt, Soft Gloss or Satin finish. “I gave it a four out of five, one reason being postage, which I think is quite high. I have used this same product on new shed wood and have noted although it gave brilliant coverage, it is certainly showing signs of needing recoating after maybe two / three years, This could well have been because I did not leave the wood long enough before painting, this fault could well be my application error, please seek advice as to when to paint. The coverage is night and day in front of lots of well-known watered-down main-name brands, I will and have bought again for a different application. A good price until you add VAT and postage.”

We do have a Technical Team available who can provide useful advice with regards to application, and suitability of the product, and thank you for expressing the importance of seeking advice prior to starting a project, this advice is key and will help future customers. With regard to the delivery charge, we do make every effort to keep delivery charges as low as possible. Unfortunately costs have risen in line with everything else, however, we have absorbed as much of the cost as we can, and this is under constant review. “Excellent paint. I first used it 2 years ago for my shed roof over felt to prolong its life,I used a paint roller as it was easier on the rough serfice, it is still like new no flaking anywhere and still waterproof although the colour has weathered which I expected. I used light grey so it’s just darkened it. I am now doing my larger cabin and hopefully enough paint left to put a second coat on the first one. I would definitely recommend it”

“Easy to apply, leaves no brush marks, excellent smooth finish, lasts for years and does not fade, or flake. As it say on the tin you really can used it on near enough anything. My go to MSP.”
