The product is excellent and gives a good cover, only snag is the expense and because the Paint goes on fairly thickly, the tin does not last as long as one hopes- let's hope the cover Itself lastswell

Excellent product not sure why it is called barn paint I used it in a domestic setting i.e. my home to cover, wooden window frames, plastic guttering & foam insulation on pipework. Easy to apply it is like liquid silk, a joy to use which makes painting a pleasure and quick drying and re-coatable within a small time frame. Nice finish which looks like it will be durable but only time will tell. Even the coulor was exactly as it looked on the screen.

Whilst not a professional decorator I like to do a good job and have used all sorts of products in the past including 'posh paints'. I do not live in a barn so I was some what sceptical given that is its main use but the reviews were so good so I am spreading the word. This is a quality product and was used in a domestic capacity, I painted over previously oil glossed woodwork, plastic guttering, insulated (foam) pipes on the exterior of my property. It goes on like a dream it is like using liquid silk and is touch dry within a couple of hours, the finish is very nice too, and whilst I cannot say for sure I look at the finished work and think yeah you going to last. For the first time ever the colour of the paint matched the colour sample on the screen. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

First time we have used this product and so far we have found Bedec matt black Barn Paint to be easy to apply and it is covering well, although we are using quite a lot of paint as the timber is very dry and absorbent. The paint dries quickly and it is leaving us with a great finish to the buildings. Only time will tell if this product is cost effective as it seems quite expensive.
