“Ordered some thrust it turned up the next day. I mixed it at the correct ratio based on dosage rate per acre and my spray attachment then sprayed our front paddock 4 days ago and can already seen the stingers and thistles are starting to droop. So the advice given is good, the delivery is good.”

“We have always had to have our paddocks sprayed by a contractor but a new ride on mower means I did it myself for the first time a few weeks ago. We used Thrust with Validate to maximise effectiveness as we had some horrible huge thistles and ragwort. It definitely works fast, we could see death within the first few days and I would definitely use it again. I chose it over some other products which have a shorter grazing exclusion because I was prepared to trade off 14 days not grazing the land for effectiveness.”

“Not used the product yet. Ragwort is our problem and it has just come out in flower. So may leave it until next year - but use earlier in May”

Hi Danny, thank you for your review – you have made the right decision to not control the ragwort now - as it is in flower. Thrust is highly effective on ragwort – you can still control this year if you wish to. We would suggest topping (cutting back the flowering ragwort) to stop seeding, wait for regrowth to rosette stage and then spray later this season. Or as you mentioned wait until next year.
