Hi Peter, Terribly sorry for the delay on this one. This looks to have only arrived back with us from the lab late last week. Ordinarily this would then sit with our agronomist for his full interpretation for 7 working days but i will ensure that these results are with you by close of play today, given the delay you've already experienced. Hi Christine, Apologies for what must feel like a long wait - please be assured we do everything we can to push these through as quickly as possible for you. This sample will have had to have completed it's transit time, made it to our lab for thorough testing, and make it back to us for our in-house agronomist to complete a full, in-depth interpretation for you. This allows us to recommend the correct products to ensure the tested area can thrive. I can confirm these lab results made it back to us earlier this week and are with our agronomist as we speak. “AVOID - Provided sample two months ago and still not received results, contacted pro green approx three weeks ago to be told it would be the following week but nothing. I am awaiting a response and requested a refund as I need to buy elsewhere.”
