“these modern, nature friendly pellets are not even close to the effectiveness or attractiveness for slugs of what we could use only a few years ago, however if you apply heavier and more often, esp if you can time to favourable weather conditions and except that we can no longer read the ground in the morning like we could in the old days with slime indicating severity of problem then they work just fine!”
