Hi Lindsay, thank you for leaving a review. Headland Polo contains active ingredients belonging to the “phenoxy group” of herbicides and these are especially prone to environmental and temperature fluctuations before during or after the time of spraying. Weeds that may be at larger growth stages especially can also suffer variable levels of control. Phenoxy products can give good control of a wide range of weeds especially if weeds are small, actively growing and with good “killing” conditions following application for several weeks. Going forward, the Corteva range of products which would include tend not to suffer from these issues and can offer the best available levels of consistency. The Corteva range including Envy https://www.progreen.co.uk/envy-3-l and Doxstar https://www.progreen.co.uk/weed-control/selective/doxstar-pro-2l takes control to the next level, with great levels of consistency.
