Hi Les, I can see there has been some communication between yourself and my colleagues regarding your order. Unfortunately, your original delivery was delayed due to damage in transit. As a result, a replacement order was raised for you. As you advised us that you would be away at the time of the replacement delivery, the order was placed on hold pending the return date you confirmed with us. It remains on hold and is scheduled to be dispatched in line with those arrangements. I am sorry to hear that you feel it is fair to describe us as scammers. Hi Peter, Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we are sending such as the Kurtail Evo, we are very limited to the number of couriers we are able to use. Our postage charges cover the fact that these are ADR products and must be transported with approved couriers. We are sorry that this has made you rate this product a 1 star. “Getting rid of Horsetail is a long slog but using Kurtail really works and gives you the will to keep going. It took 2 years for me to get rid of it from my garden but I am now on top of it and just need to keep treating the small individual bits that are coming through from neighbours gardens. It is expensive which is why I haven't persuaded my neighbours to use it, but it works. I ordered my second bottle which the courier delivered to the wrong address, the staff at ProGreen sorted it out straight away.”

“I purchased this to treat mares tail in my daughters garden which had really taken over coming up to all the slabs even into the flower beds. I spoke to somebody on the phone at Progreen about this product before I purchased it and they did say it could take up to 10 years to get rid of the mares tail…. that was last year, and I’ve already seen a massive reduction this year so I can recommend this product.”

Hi Judith, We are so glad to hear that you are already noticing the weed killer doing its job! Depending on the extent of the root system under the ground it can vary on the amount of time it takes to fully eradicate the mares tail but it does gradually grow back less and less as you have noticed this year!
