Hi Les, I can see there has been some communication between yourself and my colleagues regarding your order. Unfortunately, your original delivery was delayed due to damage in transit. As a result, a replacement order was raised for you. As you advised us that you would be away at the time of the replacement delivery, the order was placed on hold pending the return date you confirmed with us. It remains on hold and is scheduled to be dispatched in line with those arrangements. I am sorry to hear that you feel it is fair to describe us as scammers. Given that you have previously been satisfied with both our products and service, we hope those positive experiences demonstrate that transit damage is not a common occurrence and does not reflect the standard of customer service we strive to provide. While such issues can unfortunately happen from time to time, we always take the appropriate steps to resolve them as quickly as possible. I hope this clarifies the situation, and I apologise for any confusion caused. Kind regards, ProGreen

Hi Peter, Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we are sending such as the Kurtail Evo, we are very limited to the number of couriers we are able to use. Our postage charges cover the fact that these are ADR products and must be transported with approved couriers. We are sorry that this has made you rate this product a 1 star. Kind Regards, The ProGreen Team.
