“Sprayer was faulty when it arrived - four weeks later and still not resolved. Latest email appears to imply that it is our fault that they sent a faulty product. Customer Services absolutely dreadful. Can't really score it as 1 out of 5 as never had a chance to use it.”

Hi, We are very sorry to hear that you have not been happy with your experience. After talking with the team they have advised me that there was a loose cap on the hose. A replacement was sent out to you however you told our team member that this was never received. Since speaking with the supplier they have suggested that the loose cap that you have can be added back on to the hose still. “Arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was not working correctly so had to be returned. I was disappointed in the time it took to resolve this issue and receive a full refund. I felt I was the one chasing it up all the time and that communication was not the best. That being said when I initially phoned the company the support I received was excellent.”

“Great sprayer at a really good price. Sturdy with quality attachments and spare seals. Clearer instructions for assembly of all the parts would help. I had to get an old sprayer out to help me assemble this as instructions v unclear for me”

“In reality, I only bought the KS16 to utilise the optional spray shield. The sprayer itself works well, and 16 litres is a refreshingly lighter capacity than my existing 20+ sprayer. The provision of different nozzles and the pleasant action of the trigger assembly are all plus points. It may not feel the most substantial assembly, but at this price it's something of a bargain.”

“Found it quite tricky to put together when it initially arrived but once set up very easy to use. Have been using it for spot spraying of nettles and docks in our pony paddocks. Nice wide filling cap. Easy to fill, clean and use once assembled!”

“My Micron KS16 appears well made and works well, very usefull having a choice of two nozzles. Good value for the price.”
