Hurler is a translocated herbicide for weeds in grassland and cereals Excellent product for chickweed (Stellaria media), and cleavers (Galium aparine) - very useful on docks and nettles pre-flowering Suitable for spraying weeds  in newly sown grassland.  Hurler is not safe to clover. Useful option to tank mix with other herbicides eg Headland Polo to broaden weed spectrum Key points: Apply through a boom sprayer Ensure weeds to be sprayed have sufficient leaf cover Controls Chickweed in newly sown leys Docks & nettles are best treated pre-flowering Cleavers can be treated at all stages of growth Suitable for; cereals, grassland and maize crops Application notes and guidance: Apply as a medium quality spray (BCPC) Do not roll or harrow ground for seven days before or after spraying Spray grassland with water volumes between 200-400 L/ha Do not sow peas, beans, clovers or any other legume for 12 months on land treated with Hurler Tank Mix: Suitable for tank mixing with different selective products eg Headland Polo @ 2.5l/ha + Hurler @ 0.5l/ha Do NOT tank mix when spraying at the full rate (2 L/ ha: Grassland) Read tank mix instructions carefully on the bottle & the tank mix product Add Hurler to the tank first. Growing Conditions: Best results are achieved against small weeds growing actively under warm, moist conditions; these conditions are particularly important for the control of cleavers. I have a huge problem with speedwell this winter and although you should wait till spring I thought with the mild weather I will spray it on now its taken longer then I thought probably due to it being winter but I can say it has killed most of the speedwell shepards purse and most of the other annoying weeds I have after the drought and overgrazed pasture so a thumbs up from me :)
