“I brought this grass seed to over seed areas of weed grasses like Yorkshire fog that I have been pulling up. Germination was with 7 days and within 21 days the new grass was firmly established and all bare patches were complete. New area looks great and will use this seed again to overseed the whole lawn in early autumn. Strongly recommend.”

“Have purchased this (normally directly from A1 Lawn, but they were out of stock)and used this successfully many times in the past, but very little of this sack actually germinated maybe 10%. Not sure if the age of the seed reduces its germination rate. I did use it within a week of arrival and I did nothing different from previous years, so disappointing.”

Hi there Paul, Sorry to hear that you've not had the germination rate that you've experienced in the past. Could I request a good time to give you a call regards this please? All our seed variations are DEFRA, FERA & SASA certified and are tested to show a germination rate of at least 98% when used within the year so we're keen to establish the reason behind the difficulties you've experienced here. “I ordered 3 x 5kg bags and when delivered the box was smashed up and 1 bag of seed half empty as the bag had been damaged and seed was everywhere, I did leave a review weeks ago and you replied saying you would look into this and come back to me.....as yet still nothing from you”
