“Unfortunately the wrong seed was sent and they failed to accept that it was wrong. In the end had to bring paypal in to get refund which took 3 weeks.”

Hi Ian, I've just taken a look into this for you, apologies it looks to have been a long process for you. I can personally assure you that the AMPRO12 is the seed variation that you have ordered. The C on the end of the stock code that you see online is merely for our systems reference & stands for Coastal, under 'A1 Lawn Coastal Grass Seed'. My colleague advised you that we were happy to accept return of this product for a refund of the product cost but we are unfortunately yet to receive return of the product. I have sent you an email as i believe it may be helpful for me to request a call with our seeding expert to talk you through the various fescues involved in this seed to offer peace of mind prior to sowing.
