I purchased and completed the course with no issues. The exam however is impossible to arrange. I have not taken the exam and cannot get the qualification I require. At this stage I’m unsure whether Progreen will be of any help.

Hi Vicky, We apologise that you are currently unable to activate the exam for the Rodent Management Course. Please ensure that all modules have been completed. Once completed, a tick box will appear at the bottom of the screen. Selecting this tick box will enable access to the exam. I felt it was a very thorough online course, and exam process was easier than I expected, using both laptop and mobile phone to support the proctoring. Thank you!

Still have not received this despite numerous requests. Lantra have no clue of the order and keep referring me to an existing order.

I had difficulty accessing the assessment so I sent you an email to which I never received a reply and ended up missing the time slot for the assessment

Dose not tell you if you pass or fail and you have to go through 2 different companies to find anything out not good enough

Hi Toby, We are sorry to hear that you have not found your experience with the rodent management course to be a good one. The system should tell you if you have passed or not once you have completed the assessment however we will pass this on to Lantra so they are aware that there have been issues when it comes to them revisiting the training/assessment platform.
