“I purchased and completed the course with no issues. The exam however is impossible to arrange. I have not taken the exam and cannot get the qualification I require. At this stage I’m unsure whether Progreen will be of any help.”

Once completed, a tick box will appear at the bottom of the screen. Selecting this tick box will enable access to the exam. Hi Toby, We are sorry to hear that you have not found your experience with the rodent management course to be a good one. The system should tell you if you have passed or not once you have completed the assessment however we will pass this on to Lantra so they are aware that there have been issues when it comes to them revisiting the training/assessment platform.
