“I researched online quite a bit before buying the SBK Brushwood killer and KPlus. As the secret to killing marestail is making sure the weed killer sticks to the stems... I found the the KPlus really worked. We have very well established marestail in our borders as well as other plants and weeds that we don't want. After spraying, many plants and weeds started to wilt within days. The marestail took a little longer to die back... but after about 3-4 weeks most of the marestail has turned black and died. None of the marestail is looking healthy. The thing that I found most useful was that SBK can be sprayed near grass without harming it, as some of the marestail had started to spread to our lawn too. I sprayed by hand and attached a cut down plastic bottle over the spray wand tip to limit overspray. Very happy with end result. Would highly recommend and will buy more when needed.”

“This combination is just the best for Marestail. I was told nothing commercially available would have much impact on it, but I took a gamble on this product and the marestail (at all stages of growth and maturity) was browning within the week. I haven't had to do a second treatment. Simply mix the items into water and spray on a dry day - no more complex than that. I imagine the root structure is still active and will reappear next year, but thankfully 1 litre of SBK Brushwood Killer is probably enough to keep me going for the rest of my life, so I'm ready for it!”

“This mixture has killed off the Marestail as well as the previous Kurtail product. No doubt it will still come back next year, although hopefully less dense. We have neighbours who have a similar problem, but they do nothing about it, so we are resigned to accepting a degree of regrowth.”
