“Signs of my Horsetail (Marestail) nightmare problem wilting happened within 24 hours of application using a mist sprayer. Within a week the green growth was turning brown. Dead within three to four weeks but only time will tell if the weedkiller made it to or had the desired effect of killing the root system! Definitely most effective when shoots are eight inches tall. Small growths need to be given a couple of weeks to reach 8 inches high before respraying.”

“These are brilliant. I’ve been battling with marestail in my garden for about 20 years and finally seem to be winning and the marestail seems to be dying off even in the lawn. Have to keep applying as new bits come up and will probably have to keep using as neighbours don’t do any gardening. Thank you Alice at Progreen for your advice. You have been so helpful”

“Used a week ago on rampant marestail on a neglected allotment site. Glyphosate had no noticeable effect but this has really worked. We’ll see how much regrowth there is this season and next but a very promising start. Will retreat later in the summer. Tip: inevitably there are a few patches where I missed with the sprayer, I should have ordered dye marker as well. Excellent service.”

“I found the SBK and KPlus to be excellent in dealing with marestail, which I'd been fighting with for at least 30 years without success. It did return the following year, but not as bad. Hopefully, this year will also see a reduction. Also, it didn't harm the grass, so was able to target stray shoots coming through. I suggested this product to a couple of my neighbours, and they are also very pleased with this product.”

“I had a serious problem with Marestail as did my neighbour which after three treatments have got on top of the problem, this product did a great job so hopefully it wont return but will be ready if there's any sign of it returning, would recommend this product”

“1st Treatment in Sept 2020, and Horsetail dead within 2 weeks. 2nd treatment in Oct 2020 for remaining Horsetail new shoots. So far, so good. Very easy to mix and apply. Sprays easily in a controlled manner. Easy to avoid plants you wish to retain. Would recommend as I had areas of Horsetail that were carpet like!!! Hoping it doesnt come back in 2021 or at least is massively reduced.”
