“I recently purchased the AR8 Pro Kit for dust application from ProGreen.co.uk, and I have to say, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately, the kit turned out to be faulty, as the components do not connect properly together, rendering it nearly unusable. What has added to my frustration is the customer service—or lack thereof. I have reached out to the progreen team multiple times regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive any response. It’s disheartening to feel ignored, especially given the significant cost of the AR8 Pro Kit. Overall, I expected much more from a product at this price point. The quality issues combined with the dreadful customer service have left me feeling very dissatisfied with my purchase. I would not recommend the AR8 Pro Kit based on my experience.”

“Does not destroy all wasp nests”

Hi Pete, The purpose of the duster is to destroy wasps in the nest rather than the nest itself, after treatment with dust the nest then requires manual removal. If you are referring to the efficacy of the product you used with the duster, please see the response I left on your Vulcan Dust review. Kind regards, The Progreen Team
