“Terrible. Had to phone them repeatedly to get them to send even send it. You can barely read the light blue text so you will need to listen to the awful ai voice read it out. Plus most of it is completely irrelevant to whats on the test. Worthless.”

“Opened an account in the business managers name for one of his employees to take the course. The course certificate was then in the managers name and not the person who took the course, Asked Lantra if they could alter the certificate but they said no and would need to rebuy”

“This is not a full course as it consists of two parts. This wasn't made clear enough and so the second part (assessment) was outstanding when the PA6 was started and as such no certificate for Pa6 could be recieved. We are chosing for the second part to be taken elsewhere with another provider.”

“Great way of gaining this qualification without having to attend an in-person training course. I live on an island so this was very convenient for me. Very informative and easy-to-use training tool, with a useful downladable course handout for further study prior to sitting the exam.”
