“I am very pleased with my order except before Christmas I ordered the hardboard backed coasters, and then put in another order (as I was very pleased and had a Christmas fair coming up and used a lot for presents), but was told on the second order you then had changed to cork backing. This made the coaster larger and I felt I couldn’t mix the two. I therefore felt I was left with different numbers of each. This present order I was expecting cork, as there was nothing to say you had gone back to the original hardboard, so I was surprised when I received the coasters. I have to say I prefer the hardboard, but my ordering would have been different and I will now need to put in another order. I think your service is good, quick, and have been very pleased apart from this mix up.”
