We can wrap your chosen photograph all the way around our highest quality dishwasher proof mugs leaving just a centimeter or so unprinted next to the handle.To wrap around the mug your photo or artwork will need to be:- 22.57cm wide x 8.57cm tall, or- 2666 x 1012 pixels at 300dpiWhen saving as a JPG or PNG, ensure you choose the highest quality settingsIf your photo is too large or the wrong shape we will gladly crop it for you but if your photo is unsuitable for "full wrap" we will print it as large as we can. We will print your photo as close to the top and bottom of the mug as we can - usually we leave a gap of around 0.5cm or so.

“I've never had such good service from an internet retailer! It was faultless. I've used Printster twice now. The first time was in 2009, and I don't remember having any problems then, which is why I returned. The product itself is excellent quality. I honestly couldn't have done a better job if I'd produced this mug magically out of thin air to be exactly how I wanted it. I didn't use a photo; I created a digital image using popular image editing software. And what I really liked is that the white background doesn't get printed, because it's on a white mug. This might sound trivial, but there are some companies out there that print the image onto something and then kind of stick that to the mug. Not Printster. It's like Printster's mugs have the image/photo embedded into the ceramic, which is exactly what I wanted. The service was top notch. I ordered on Saturday and received my order on Tuesday, which was effectively the next day, since the order wouldn't have been read until Monday. I paid extra for a quick turnaround, but I got more than I bargained for. I got a text message and email notification on Tuesday morning saying that my package would be delivered later that day. It gave me options of 1) leaving it with a neighbour or changing the delivery day to 2) Wednesday or 3) Thursday, simply by replying to the text message with the option number. It also sent me a message later in the morning saying that the package would be delivered between 15:40 and 16:40, to which it also gave me options of changing. It was indeed delivered at around 16:00. I had it delivered to my workplace, so it didn't matter too much to me, but I thought this is a great service for people at home that don't want to sit around waiting aimlessly not knowing when it will arrive. I've never written a review for a product before, but I was so impressed by this product and Printster's service, that I just wanted to share my thoughts. Well done Printster! I'll be back!”

“Great result - 2 matching panoramic mugs. Very clear reproduction - and the whole photo was reproduced. I was worried about the ends being cropped. Apart from the quality product, the service was first class - fast turnaround of order. Well done. I know where to come the next time!”

“If you are looking for professional photo mug printing, then Prinster is the place to go. I have purchased photo mugs from other suppliers over the years, but I have found nothing to compare with this company. I was working to a very tight time schedule, and therefore I had my doubts that Prinster coud meet the challenge, but they not only achieved that objective, but even gave a delivery date and time to within the HOUR - and it arrived exactly as predicted. There were 17 different images which Printster had to produce for me to complete this one order, and they achieved with breathtaking ease whilst producing each individual image to the highest standard. In short they were wonderful. A young lady (Jo), is quite simply one of the most professional people with whom I have had the pleasure to do business,and she epitomises the quality of the service that you can expect from Printster.
