“Absolutely disgusted with the service i received from Printster, i ordered the above item as a secret Santa present to be given at our works Christmas party, i paid for express delivery which cost me £11.99. On the day my item was meant to be delivered i contacted customer services and they replied to advise me that they hadn't even started to manufacture my item! This gave me no time to organised another present as my work meal was the following night.”

“Must admit, left the site without ordering. However, after a good look around, including Asda, I returned and placed my order. I am so pleased I did now, since the quality and standard of service out-shone any company that I have dealt with in the recent past. Will definitely be using Prinster in the future.”

“Amazing service, I have a special photo I wanted printed on a mug, other sites I tried didn't seem to be able to offer what I required, then I came across Printster, who offered me a FULL rotate option along with but a crop one as well! Not to mention the special requirements box to completed if needed! All made very easy, compared to other well named sites! So I ordered the item late Wednesday evening, had the confirmation of order email, then on the Thursday advised it had been dispatched, along with thanks to Royal Mail, my mug was with me by the Friday! I will deferent be recommending and using Printster again.....thank you! :)”
