“The product itself is great; decent sized mug, clear photo and correct text. The delivery was extremely quick! However the lack of packaging was terrible - it came in only a cardboard box, if it was dropped or moved about it easily could have been smashed”

“Absolutely disgusted with the service i received from Printster, i ordered the above item as a secret Santa present to be given at our works Christmas party, i paid for express delivery which cost me £11.99. On the day my item was meant to be delivered i contacted customer services and they replied to advise me that they hadn't even started to manufacture my item! This gave me no time to organised another present as my work meal was the following night.”
