“I was really pleased with the mug i ordered, the only thing i would add would be that the image was made bigger, however that may havemattered upon the size of the image i uploaded i am unsure. however overall, i will order from this site in the future and reccommend it to anyone. Thanks!”

“This product is amazing value for money. The quality of the print is excellent. I bought 2 for mothers day. I made a few mistakes on the text I contacted the company in a panic, the staff were very helpful. Do not hesitate with this product. You will not be disappointed.”

“I ordered 10 mugs one day and they were dispatched the next. They were packaged in a polystyrene box, and sent recorded-delivery. They are of very good quality and the image reproduction is very good. If I was being picky I would say the mugs could be whiter, and the image colours slightly more saturated (i.e. vibrant), but I am more than pleased with the outcome. Everything related to placing the order, from the website, ease of uploading image, ordering and paying, were easy and simple. I was able to nominate a delivery address different to my card address with no bother, and the subsequent emails confirming the order itself, the dispatch, and a follow up ("Please review your order") were prompt and to the point. I was so impressed with the service that I ordered coasters before seeing what the mugs looked like, and was equally as impressed with them as well. I have since placed a third order. I would (and have already) recommend Printster.”

“I ordered one mug as a prototype with a view to making a larger order as a fundraiser for our Church Anniversary. It arrived surprisingly quickly and looks like just what we want. It's good that delivery is free for larger orders, which will make this a viable way of raising much-needed cash.”

“I ordered 3 mugs with a different photo on each, and some specific instructions about font etc. Very pleased with the results; can't wait to see the reactions from the people who will recieve the gifts. They are colourful, clear and good value for money. Will recommend to friends.”
