“The mug was delivered in just a few days and looks very nice. It also came in a nice light-cardboard box which said "this was made just for you".. I thought that that was a nice touch particularly if you are giving it as a present.. The handle, however, has a small dent.. it's a minor thing but because of this imperfection, I can't give it a full score.”
