“The unit is faulty. I have tried to contact them via email, chat and the contact form on the website. They have ignored every single email There is no phone number for this company which speaks volumes for how much they care about their customers getting in contact. Just completely awful”

“Initially had a few problems with the printer not liking the drum, but after a few in and outs lol it now works great now issues, these things always happen. overall product superb”
