“Excellent product . Had query how to order single colour cartridge not found on line site. Unfortunwtaely website does not have phone number; on line chat not responding, two emails went unanswerd. Eventually tracked down third party who contacted Printer Ink Direct resulting in a prompt phone call back with apologies and problem sorted. All products delivered next day - excellent service. Website needs to cantain phone number, e mails need answering and chat facility needs to work.”
