“I did not receive my first order so placed a second order of the inks as listed above on 4 November 2023. Order number 1075505. It was delivered on 9 November. These inks also didn't recognise my Canon Pixma printer and so I couldn't print. My first order cost £8.44 and the second order cost £8.33. I would like a refund.”
