“It’s fabulous. Ideal for doing HIIT training. A mat of the same width but a third or so longer would be even better for this purpose. Most folk use yoga mats but HIIT can be high impact so more cushioning is better, particularly if you have downstairs neighbours. Great quality, dense yet amazingly light.”

“It's cheaper than other mats, but thinner, so it doesn't hold its shape when stored against a wall. It good, but not amazing.”

“Using this as a stretch mat at home. Product looks durable and time will tell but definitively makes stretching on hard floors more comfortable”
