“It is gentle and removes all makeup. However, there is a flaw in the dispenser bottle. During shipping the product leaked out and saturated the box, information pamphlet and the whole inside of the shipping package was wet. I ended up receiving only about three-fourths of the water inside the dispenser. Since there’s no directions on the bottle and the pamphlet was unreadable, I didn’t ‘t know how to dispense it. Please redesign the bottle so that it doesn’t leak during shipment. Thank you, Donna”
