“I don’t wear a lot of foundation. So, most of my makeup comes off after washing. I have seen some come off on cotton pad at times. I thought it would be good for hydrating my skin, so far I do like it. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a foundation I like. Not sure if liquid or a powder cream foundation is best for me. I’m 66 years young.”
