I bought your eyeliner and mascara but was unable to remove them with my traditional makeup remover (which I have successfully used with all other brands over many years). I then ordered your brand of remover and my eyelids burned and itched terribly. I asked for a refund and only was reimbursed for one of the two bottles of remover I bought - not the other products which I can not use. I discourage anyone from using your products!”
