“The ingredients in this water are wonderful and it does take makeup off but I don't understand The applicator It would use up too much of it to put it on a cloth so I just hold it over my eye and squeeze the thing
of course, then it kind of goes all over although it does the job.
I Wish they could make it in a bottle where you could just pour it out on a cloth or even in a spray”
