“Something went wrong here...I was looking for an eye safe, effective eye make up remover....and your initial description said that this "water" was indeed that....yet when I received this costly item (including high shipping charges) the item never mentions removing eye make up, it takes about applying this "water" UP to the lower eye lid as a make up remover, not an eye make up remover. I feel a bit misled. Well, I am using it as a mascara remover ( I use your mascara which I like very much but had a hard time removing, that is why I brought this "waer") and you really have to saturate the pad. The pump does not work at all, I have to totally remove/unscrew the top of the bottle, and just carefully pour from the bottle. This product is fairly effective, I sure hope it's safe to use as a eye make up remover, and I can't help but feel I was misled and the price way too high. This is not a huge bottle of product and will go quickly.”
