“I love this brand and I have pretty much ALL the products they offer, but the newest black mascara I received is smudging, which I’ve never struggled with before. Not sure if it’s a formula change or a glitch but it’s just not the same.”
“SERUM:My lashes looked longer 2-3 weeks after use!
MASCARA: lengthens with no clumps or extra weight, doesn't smudge, and removes easily.
BROW COMPLETE: Not sure serum is making much difference, and it seems dry after a month. The brow tint took a little practice, looks natural. I'm fair, and the color looks a bit dark if I use enough to shape my brows as usual. Overall, I'm very happy with these products.”

My brows I’m not so sure, the brow mascara I really don’t care for , but i think because my brows are so sparse. I am 81 years young , maybe they just won’t grow! But I continue to use it hopefully I will see some growth .”
“It's probably too soon to tell a difference but I MAY be seeing SOME improvement in brows. Products are easy to use. Brow color is great EXCEPT for the color...it seems to have a slight red-ish tone which doesn't really work for me, but I've been using anyway hoping it helps and then hoping you'll come out with more colors...like a more true brown. Mascara looks good going on but flakes thru the day and I have little black specs all over my eyes and cheeks. Also bought the eyeliner pencil which I LOVE!”
