“I love your lash serum and mascara and have received lots of complements. Being able to buy them in this bundle is great. However I didn't like the color of taupe for my brows. It was much too light. I haven't used the brown serum long enough to notice a difference but I am hopeful it will work as well as the lash serum.
I contacted customer service and Tenasha was very helpful in ordering me the darker shade. I have not received it yet.”

“This was my first time for the brow complete and I love it. It’s easy to use and the taupe color is perfect. This was a refill of my lash serum and mascara. My lashes were pitiful before I started using your mascara and lash serum last summer and now they are long and at least 50% thicker. The mascara stays on all day and doesn’t smear. “I like the product and had reordered both the mascara and the brow complete. Apparently, I made a mistake and ordered the mascara in black and the brown complete in taupe, rather than ordering brown in both. I offered to return what I had received in exchange for the items in brown as I couldn't use the darker colors, but she offered to replace with items without requiring that I return the ones I had received. When I received the replacements, the mascara came in brown but the brow complete was taupe. Again I offered to return those items I couldn't use to her but she offered to replace it with the needed brown and did so without hesitation. It's unusual to get this kind of service anymore, so I certainly appreciate it. Thank you.RA”
