“My experience has been ok…the primer does definitely stay on. Putting it on my waterline is tricky so I mostly use it on my lower lids. But since it is smudge proof I’m not sure the point of the foam rubber end of the pencil; once I have applied the liner, if I want to make a minor correction I have to use a wet Qtip; if I try to use the foam end it pulls my skin. So that leaves an eyeliner that stays on, which is fine. Just don’t make any errors!! P.S I like the color of the blue I ordered”
