“When I first received this product just over a week ago I was surprised that there were no instructions on how to locate the sharpener which would have been helpful. I am pleased with the way the liner glides on in a smooth way but when I needed to twist the container for more liner it just clicks and there does not appear to be anymore line inside!!!! I expected a full length of liner inside the container. Do I have faulty product? If not I am extremely upset to have paid a substantial amount for something that's only lasted a week. I await Prime Prometics comments”
