These tests were a complete waste of money as they contain no code number so cannot be reported to the government website, and so cannot be used for proof in a healthcare environment.

Items are a competitive price, and well packaged but the customer service is a real let down. Asked for a bulk quote and placed the order on a Tuesday, let the agent know (as requested) once the same day payment had been made and didn't hear from her then. I had to chase her the next day and the items didn't get dispatched until the Thursday so I got them on Friday, despite being charged £5.95 for delivery as I stated I needed delivery asap. I decided to give them another shot as obviously mistakes can happen and it wasn't a major inconvenience and placed another order on a Thursday, same day payment made, agent informed on the day. By Monday, no response from them again! I've had to chase again and the agent now says they are waiting for stock, so I don't know when it will even be dispatched and again I've been charged £5.95 for the carriage. Not great.

All but the instruction book is unopened in the packaging. As a 70+ year old with a limited computer system I do not have the facilities to use it. It should have been made clear when I enquired/ordered what was required to operate the machine.

The otoscope was showing in stock when I purchased it, but once I had paid I was told it was not in stock and there would be a 10 day turnaround time. Later I was told that it would be within a week. 10 days later my item had still not been delivered so I chased only to be told that the item would be a further 2.5 weeks. The item was needed urgently for a clinic which will now have to be cancelled. Items should not show as in stock if this is not the case and incorrect information should not be given out to allow for correct decision making when making a purchase. The item has still not been received and you have sent me a questionnaire about the delivery - this adds insult to injury!

Cancelled order because it took to long and no updates on item until I rung up but been refunded for the item The item was ordered on the 29th December but still not received it on the 12th January.
