Just the thing for dust extraction and cleaning up the work area. Have used over past month and seems robust and reliable so far..

These are very early days so no idea about real term lifespan. Seems built well enough, yes a few cheap plastic bits as others have commented but it works so not important (I think). Has good power even with bag and cartridge filter fitted. Hose is super long as is the power cable and much longer than my old vacuum so has advantages and disadvantages (can get in the way). given the chance to redesign anything it would be the catches for the top and how the hose fits into the body.

Only used a couple of times on a chop saw but it picked up all the shavings and the majority of the sawdust. The fact that the extractor starts up when when you switch on the saw (off the spur socket) is very useful. Was also pleased the the extraction adaptor fitted snuggly onto the Einhall extractor port. Pleased so far.

It’s a beast! Ear protectors are a must. A jet engine at take off in a room is not an understatement. However it SUCKS! I bought it to connect to my Dewalt power tools. The hose is 5m long so the machine can be parked away from the work areas. Special Dewalt adaptors are required to make the connection. The hose is very flexible and relatively lightweight so the drag on the machine tools is minimal. The bag is a very reasonable size so should take a while to fill. Comment has been made regarding flimsy plastic - yes it looks like many parts are made in polyethylene. Catches and wheels are, or appear to be delicate. Not something to chuck in the back of the van, or yank about. In a workshop situation it is ideal. Cleaning up around the machines is easy with the tools that come with it. As a site machine personally i think it isn’t man enough. However for an ‘M’ class vacuum it is very good value for the money. If a more robust machine for site work is required then £600 plus will be needed. This machine is excellent if your ear tectors are warn. Power Tool World offer a keen price, excellent service and good customer back up if required.
