“Have used the machine in a router table and the adjuster handle makes really to make fine adjustment very easily. It is easy to adjust the speed when using larger router bits. Trend supply a specific set of quick release mounts for the router table and these making it quick and simple mount and demount the router.”

“Haven't had it long, been used for one worktop and did a good job. It feels solid, and i like the added precision with the test bush to make sure the guide bush is 100% accurate. Will try it with a router table soon. So far, so good.”

“A serious piece of kit. Bought as an upgrade to a 1/4” router I have been using for a while and you can tell the difference. Quieter, more powerful and, fitted to a Trend routing table, easier to adjust thanks to the fine adjustment from above the table rather than having to fiddle around below the table. A huge improvement.”

“Wow what a tool! Just used it for cutting kitchen work top joints what a treat to use. The only down side is the undersized tool case - once the dust spout is fitted you can't use the insert tray to support the router at the bizarre angle that Trend has decided is appropriate and even if you dispense with the tray it is still difficult to get in the box(I found the same with their 1/4" router too). Come on Trend great tools but boxes 10-20mm bigger please so at the end of a busy day we don't have to fight to get the things in the case!!”
