“Am very pleased with the range of contents. Two things caught me out, perhaps as a first time ever router user. Firstly, the bits were arranged in holes in three lines of foam, each hole labelled; except every single bit had fallen out, and the three lines of foam had come unstuck; a bit of sorting out to do (NB the design of the case seems a bit crazy as when held by the handle, the bits are liable to fall out of the holes due to gravity). Secondly, the bits were each coated with some sort of soft waxy type of stuff; I presume to to stop corrosion; but it had to be picked off before I could identify each bit! But they are very sharp and fairly obvious which is which.”

“Promoting the sale of this Kit with the Trend T7EK 1/2 inch router is a misleading to an inexperienced dit’s like me. It is described as a starter kit. This it may be for a craft-oriented rather than diy person. I purchased this with the T7 to install kitchen worktops. The kit does not contain either of the necessary cutting bits for this purpose. Very disappointing for a beginner like me.”
