“Screws supplied to attach the guide bush didn't fit and when I phoned for more screws I was told that the ones received should fit !! Then told if I was in a hurry I should source some locally or if they ordered me some they would cost x amount. When good customer service was mentioned i.e. send them free of charge , the suggestion fell on deaf ears. Of all the competition out there I shall not be using PowerToolWorld again and would advise others against patronising them.”
