“This is a pretty powerful and effective saw. It was a replacement for an older machine from a well known and usually reliable make which was hopeless. The difference is chalk and cheese. So far it has been used to cut through some heafty pieces of wood, some tree branches and some old screws. Cutting through the metal was especially effective. With wooden planks a little pracice is needed to ensure a straight cut. My only minor gripe is that the machine appears to have been made, like almost everything else in China.”
