“I bought this item didn't work straight out of the box I had to send a video to you showing it wasn't working then I had to give you a day for collecting it witch I did i asked for the 2-4-25 then I got an email saying you was collecting it on the 3-4-25 so booked the day off because you only try to collect it one time then I got an email telling me that you was collecting it on the the 2-4-25 so had to book another day off so 2 days I had to take off being self-employed I don't get paid for those days then I got another email telling me that you was collecting it between 2 o'clock and 3 o'clock and they turned up at 1.30 lucky I was in at the time I asked for a replacement in about 3 emails yet you still sent me a refund I'm sorry but this has to be one of the worst places iv ever bought an item from and definitely will not be using your site again as iv had the worst experience people should avoid this site in my opinion david”
