Makita WST07 Extendable Foldable Mitre Saw Stand The WST07 Extendable Foldable Mitre Saw Stand is suitable for Makita mitre saws and ideally suited for the more compact and lighter models. Ideal for cutting tiles, skirting boards and finishing battens. Complete with adjustable foot to prevent wobbling, this model is also equipped with mounting blocks with quick release function. The stand is collapsible and easy to transport thanks to two handles and wheels. Maximum permissible load is 225kg. “Sturdy , reasonably light weight. Only negatives are the the roller and other support are so narrow. The mitre saw cuts upto 305mm boards supports by a tiny roller. Up ypur game or sell additional parts to adapt the stand. Also the buttons to open the legs is abit fiddly”

“Now, this is a great piece of kit and makes life so much easier when using long lengths of timber Usual Makita quality, so why have I rated it so low The reason being, one of the threaded bushes that allows the saw to be bolted to the adaptors to allow it to fasten on to the stand had no thread Therefore I had to faf about finding my tap set and cut a thread into the bush And this the week after I have had to return my circular saw as that stopped working”

“solid and well built, a little heavy but that is expected because of how sturdy it is. Been using it to support floorboards during cutting and its perfect and completely removes the need for asking another person to support the long end of the wood.”
