Excellent product. Easy to use, very well built as you'd expect from Makita ! The pump is extremely quiet when operating.

I needed a pump capable of pumping water up from my 10metre deep well so I can water the garden!. The Makita PF1100 is perfect for the job?. The pump was set at 5 metres deep and pumped water so quickly I had a job to stop the fittings from blowing apart!. Top notch

Needed a pump for regulating groundwater in a cellar sump. This is well made, powerful & does the job well. The float valve is a bit big & cumbersome & needs plenty of space around it, so that it doesn’t catch on anything (so not brilliant if you’ve got the pump in a tight space), other than that, I can’t fault it. Delivery was a bit of a farce with DPD trying to deliver to the wrong house, but that’s no reflection on the product.
