A really useful box for general tools, it will clip to a stacking case beneath it and can have something like a tote on top. It can be fiddly to get the clips to work it cannot be tool full as the cantilever wont close properly and the clips wont clip.

The best thing about this tool box is that when paired with other parts of the Makpac system (eg.the open tool totes and Makpac Powertool boxes) it forms a great system for organising storing and carrying tools. Its pretty robust, not tough as a metal tool boxes, but more than good enough for site work. I put drill bits (SDS hammer bits, SDS drill bits etc) it together with measuring tapes, screw driver bits and screws in it) and put heavier items like hammers and chisels into the open tote boxes and connect the two together. The price was the lowest on the web…..

Handy toolbox, sturdy, quality and fits on the MacPac cases nicely. Can fit a hammer and plenty other tools in it, and the dividers are great for large quantities of screws and fittings. Would happily recommend to someone who already has MacPac cases as it makes carrying them easy!

Seems pretty robust. It holds all the bits and bobs and tools I had cluttering my other Makpak cases and getting in the way when I'd want to use the cordless 'whatever' in said box. A decent handle enables a two handed lift (with three others boxes attached - I'll split hem next time I think!) for getting it into the vehicle. Bit pricy maybe, but hopefully it's going to last.

I really like this toolbox, it's just the type that I wanted. It sits on top of, and clips onto my other MakPac tool cases and looks really smart. The included small compartments are handy for screws and fuses etc. and can be positioned in any formation (in top or bottom sections) to suit your needs. It is pricey for a toolbox though and for that reason it loses a star for what otherwise would be a top quality 5 star toolbox. Kudos goes to PowerToolPowerTool World for offering it at the lowest price on the internet

Love these boxes, great for home use as are all the Makpac cases, very tidy and space saving but would not recommend for site use as not strong enough
