I was surprised to recieve the first drill in a case obviouslymeant for 2 drills, and with a bent power pin on the battery pack. The return and replacement was smooth enough but a bit inconvenient and mystifying!

Just what I was looking for - a medium-weight hammer drill with lithium-ion batteries. OK - it could have been cheaper, but it looks well made and the second battery is great. The only criticism is the case - I can't imagine what possessed the designers to put the carrying handle in such an odd place - it just makes it cumbersome. Also the VERY flimsy moulded insert is very poor quality and probably won't last.
