“This is an awesome product! It is easy to use and with a 5Ah battery it finished a massive job with power to spare. I really like the rotating handle that allows you to change the working angle of the cutting face. I discovered after receiving it that you can upgrade the blade length at a later stage if you desire.”

“Amazing pro user tool very powerfull vitually no vibration through handles very quiet no fumes and great run time with genuine makita batteries .if you use for a living dont be tempted by cheap generic batteries.makita must have some great designers as in my opinion have perfected hedge cutter design and have made my job much more pleasant .The occasional user may find this hedge cutter a bit heavy but i love it!!”

“Very good hedge trimmer, is extremly sharp and easy to use, with a good run time. When fitted with a 5 amp battery it is well balanced and still a reasonable weight to handle without causing any fatigue. The adjustable handle is an excelent feature that makes trimming at different angles very easy and greatly improves operator comfort. This is my first cordless hedge trimmer and was well worth paying the extra cost over the price of the usual DIY store corded trimmers. Would definatley buy again and recomend to any one looking for a new hedge trimmer.”

“as usual from makita, a tool that fulfils its purpose. Efficient and robust, a step up from my previous akita hedgetrimmer. Only downside is that it is somewhat heavier than the user might expect, hence a drop of 1 star.”
